Ingredients
2 x Frozen Naked Rivals 100% Lemon Cubes
65g Cashews
45g Desiccated Coconut
2 tbs of Honey
Extra Desiccated Coconut for rolling (approx. ½ cup)
Optional: To turn them into protein balls, simply add 60g of unflavoured protein powder and an extra Frozen Naked Rivals 100% Lemon Cube to take up the liquid.
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Blitz until all ingredients are finely chopped and the mixture comes together.
- Take large teaspoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
