Lemon Vinaigrette

2 Cubes of Naked Rivals Lemon Juice
¼ Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Pinch of Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
½ Tsp Honey
Optional: ½ Tsp Fresh or Dried Thyme


  1. Add all ingredients to a jar, close and shake until all the ingredients are integrated.
  2. If your dressing is too tangy, add more olive oil to taste.
  3. Add the thyme, if desired, and season to taste.

Handy Tip: if the lemon cube hasn’t melted through, don’t worry, just put the jar aside as it will only take a few minutes, then give the jar another shake before you serve.
